Returns Policy
At Musa & Palm, we take great pride in delivering our products in perfect condition to the specified shipping address. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with the quality of your order upon arrival, please reach out to us at customercare@musaandpalm.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide a detailed description and photograph(s) to initiate a replacement or exchange claim.

As our products are perishable, it is essential to include the necessary supporting documents for eligible re-shipment. Please be aware that Musa & Palm reserves the right to limit replacements.

For successful deliveries, we kindly request you to ensure the accuracy and currency of the provided shipping address. In case of failed deliveries due to an incorrect or outdated address, unavailability of the recipient, or failure to provide an amended/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first attempt, Musa & Palm cannot be held responsible.

In the event of returns or diversions due to address discrepancies, additional charges may apply based on the courier's policies in the destination country.


Replacements & Refunds
In the rare circumstance that a replacement is not feasible, we will process a refund through your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 10 to 30 working days to reflect in your account.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, the following conditions must apply:

  • Product damaged during delivery
  • Product is defective or has an expired date
  • Incorrect product was shipped
